Meet Jon Bittles – a proud Hoosier through and through. Born in West Lafayette and raised in the small-town charm of Russiaville, Jon’s journey has taken him from Indiana University grad to registered nurse, to leadership guru.

Now, with over 15 years of calling Noblesville home, he brings a wealth of experience and humor to VetPracticePro. When he's not revolutionizing organizations (or reeling in a big catch), Jon is a devoted husband to Cayla, dad to two amazing teenagers, Valorey and Camron, and the doting human to Winston, the family’s spirited 9-year-old boxer.

From faith to fishing, and HR to IT, Jon’s diverse expertise and passion for positive change make him an instructor who’s as insightful as he is relatable.
